Let me tell you what you are missing: Virtual attendance. I have neither the time, nor inclination to travel several hundred miles to attend something like WelcomeFest. On top of that, I hate large, noisy crowds. But if you had the ability to join via MS Teams, Cisco Webex, Google Meet, or Slack (ANYTHING but Zoom), I'd be interested.
While I don't necessarily agree with Jared Golden on policy positions, but his explanation of the Left-Right paradigm, is why I am an Independent. It is clearly and very well stated.
If you want to reach more people like me, make it easier for us to collaborate with you.
