Hey, Jason! Thanks for that note. We actually wrote this piece as a highlight and analysis of the districts from where they stood in Q1. Our plan is to show how/when new districts come online through the cycle and highlighting them, as well as which districts remain worryingly uncontested. This report was just focused on Q1 findings, but I understand how that could be confusing given it's July. Thank you so much!
I admire a lot of what you all do and think underfunded races are some of the most important particularly since over the past 22 years. a challenger who gets within 2-1 of their opponent in a winnable district as your define within 10 points has almost as a good a chance to win as a challenger who outspends their opponent. What do you all think of Barca in the WI 1st? Also Kemp in FL 15 is online, though much poorer.
I'm an unaffiliated Colorado voter and consider myself an informed voter. In fact, I volunteer on local civic advisory committees and served on the Colorado Independent Legislative Redistricting Commission as the chairman in 2021. Yet I chose not to vote recently in any of the party primaries. The parties put forth unserious amateurs which had no appeal to a pragmatic centrist like myself. The partisans neither wanted my vote nor asked for my vote. I was not alone. The primary election had one of the lowest turnouts in recent memory.
Also FL 15.

I should add that I live in El Paso County Colorado.
